🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than shipping-related damage.
Due to the nature of our personal care products (shampoo, hair oil, and eyelash serum), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.


🚚 Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
To process this, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Send clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the outer shipping package.

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive and review your request, we will offer a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping fees, unless the damage is significant).


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Product opened or used

  • Wrong item ordered by mistake

  • Items returned without prior contact and approval

  • Delay in delivery due to courier services
